I am now on year 6 of my 150HP diesel Yeti and wondering about the Karoq if I were to change.

I don't do a lot of off-road but it's always reassuring to know the Yeti is pretty capable in that department if needed as I get to some pretty remote and phone signal-free areas.

The question is, does the Karoq have the same Haldex clutch/gearbox?

I've tried googling but no direct answer found.

Yes a 4x4 Karoq should be at least as off-road capable as your Yeti.  Although, since it's longer and wider. it'll be a bit less wieldy in tight and nadgery bits.  

 

We have both a remapped, manual Yeti 150 TDI 4x4 and a DSG Karoq 190 TDI 4x4.
