Good morning peeps,;

I’ve just purchased another mirror adjustment stick thing as my mirrors needed a tweak,, but when I moved to adjust they don’t move, pass side won’t come in and drivers side won’t go out all other movement works,,, 

is it a possibility that there maybe a wire break ?? Or what are the chances that both mirror motors have kinda failed

Have you double checked the part number of the new against the old? In some cases where you may expect part numbers to be the same for left and right drive cars, they in fact different.

The one I bought matches the original one as I made sure of that 😂,,, I’ve been messing with it and it does move it a little but not sure it’s because I’ve opened n shut door serval times so thinking dodgy wire
