Screen Resolution

Featured Replies

Anyone know of a program that will allow the screen resolution to be increased? I'm running a toshiba equium laptop and the maximum setting is 1024 x 768 but i want this increased (or decreased - not sure which way this goes!) to 1280X1024 like my work desktop. Links or suggestion would be great!

The laptop will be limited by the native resolution of the TFT screen. If you cannot select higher than this then you have already reached the limit of the display and you cannot go any higher. Only solution is to buy a TFT monitor and connect it to the VGA port, even then you maybe limited by the amount of video ram in the laptop.

you can force it to run in a higher resolution but it will probably look cack due to it being higher than its native resolution :)
