Rear window defogger not working

Hello, i have a problem with a Skoda Octavia 3 2015. When i try to start the rear window defogger it stays on for a few seconds and it turns off. This problem appeared after my tailgate was replaced, i've tested the defogger if it is interrupted and it's not, and also tested the relay and it’s good. I also directly powered the relay and the defogger it’s working, so the BCM it’s not engaging the relay.

Before the tailgate replacement all was working perfectly
