Hi All,

 

I recently purchased a 2019 Skoda Superb SPortlinePlus and when i start the car, the old driver comes up on the dash as the user. I cant seem to find how to delete the user and put myself as the user. can anyone help? sorry if this is a simple fix i just cant find it anywhere!

I'd think you have to do a full factory reset on the infotainment system......'Car - Settings - Factory Settings'.

Pretty sure it can be done in the settings. I did mine without a reset. 
 

Do you have an owner’s manual? 

Take both keys and have them in the car, then go through the settings to make yourself as the primary driver and then delete the old owner
