I have an S Reg Octavia 1.8 20V non-turbo. In another 6000 miles it will be up to 60K. Does anyone know what sort of price a 60K service will be. Also IIRC it needs a cam belt chnage then doesn't it?

I can't help you with the costs, but the cambelt doesn't need changing at 60K. However, it is strongly adviced to change it at that interval as they do not last the 120K that Skoda states.

Marlborough Skoda's service pricing menu is here. Those charges should be around the upper end of the scale as this is a London dealership. You might be able to compare those prices with what you have had to pay so far and come up with an idea of what the bill for a 60K service is likely to be.
