Back street garage with hidden gems

Featured Replies

Chap I use for odd bits of work on my car has some real gems just shoved at the back of his garage.

Lancia Delta Integrale,pretty good nick,wow.

Cadillac Eldorado.Must be the biggest car I have ever seen this side of a limo

Other odds and sods like one of those Nissan figaro things ,something that looks like an AudiTT but a kit car (bit naff, looks like a ka)

The Panther I mentioned a while back is due in shortly.

I just love these garages.Where on earth he gets the stuff I don't know.Far more interesting killing time there than at the Skoda garage.

I'm probably boring because I don't find our Fabia vRS and Octavia vRS half as interesting as these kind of cars.

Anyone got any neighbours/friends with proper cars hidden away?

friend of minte has:

Lotus Cortina

Escort RS1600

TVR Something or Other...

and he's just taken delivery of a Healey which needs a little TLC.

But he won't do my brakes.....tight swine........

With two Fords and a TVR I am sure he is busy enough with repairs already, Gwilo ;)

Not the most exciting of cars but I've got an old Alfa 75 hidden away, 3.0 V6 rear wheel drive, gearbox at the back for 50/50 weight distribution, great fun!

Also in the family we have a 16v Integrale (pre-cat not Evo) a nice old ferrari dino and an old rolls royce!!

Daimler Princess (I think) in my Gran's garage - aincient but electric windows and electric hard top  - drove in a few years back but needs some TLC now :thumbdwn:
