I not sure if this topic been said before.

Anyway i am searching for spark plugs for my octy vrs 02 as at the mo it still got normal vw/audi 's plug and i have not got a clue when it last changed !

The spark plug look well wored and tired .. even yellow marked around the edge of white area.

I used to use super bosch 4 plug on my last car vw mk4 golf gti and was temptin to buy it unless there a better one ?

Apparantly the VW/skoda plugs are good plugs, but i drive a diesel so can't confirm this.

NGK PFR6Q is specified and fitted to all the Octavia 1.8T engines. These have platinum electrodes and are gapped to 0.7mm. The replacement interval is 40,000 miles.

Yes PFR6Q is the best to go for as double precious metal constuction,

Even the NGK rep said that even platinium upgrades aren't needed unless race-spec

They usually cost about £10 each
