Hi guys,
My mk1 1.9tdi was leaking fuel from the fuel pump so i serviced the pump and after installing it back the idle is more than 950rpm, fuel economy is high and pick up is higher than usual and engine sounds abnormal. What can be done to bring it back to normal?

Adjust the engine idle speed.
