Skoda fabia engine fuel pipe or fuel inlet part leaking

Featured Replies

Hello

I've noticed a small black fuel hose pipe getting damp. I've cleaned it up and it seems to be leaking from that small pipe. These pipes can you still buy them?

The fuel inlet part do these leak at all much?

Skoda fabia 1.4 tdi

Thanks

They don't seem to list that hose separately but give a part number for hose that you cut to length. Part number N10303504

Does anybody know what this fuel inlet does?

Does it have any seals or gaskets?

I'm just asking this as I will be changing the rubber pipe but also in case it could be this part as well.

It's a combined fuel & vacuum pump (tandem pump) for the brake servo and any other vacuum feeds. You can buy a seal kit for them.

I've fitted the new fuel pipe and the leak stopped now good news.

I've also noticed a bit more power now so that very small leak makes a big difference.
