I have weird probs. I just bought old used fabia mk2 with Swing player. Swing said there is bluetooth audio etc, and only real connector i have 3,5mm aux. Maxidot says only phone, not bluetooth, sometimes when i start car, maxidot try connect some old phone. I cant find Phone users, and there is not delete for there, but if i go Phone-Mediaplayer and look there paired devices. There is 5 different phone, and if i try to delete them maxidot says Cannot delete phone users. I read internet, u just have to connect before you can delete users, but how i can connect without bluetooth? I looked both front seat and no bluetooth box

I ask Skoda store how to reset users away they say: just put maxidot menu factory reset, but that is clear all radio settings etc. Well, i have now put factory reset about 10 times and nothing. That factory reset not even clear radio settings.

I have old clone cable with vcds 15.7 but i cannot find real deal there. And this is funny, if i go vcds telephone and clear user profiles. Then maxidot phone users is empty.. for while. I take ing off and on, and again old phones are there.

So question is, is there something hard reset button combination or is there somehow vcds what i can do?

And, if i try to find new phone. Nothing happen, I have 3 phones, and no Skotda bt, not even different name

Media features in the maxidot are just forwarding commands to the radio, go into the radio settings and clear them. The factory reset you're doing probably resets consumption, units, and winter tyres.
