Hello, looking for where to purchase a part for my Skoda RS, fell off the bumper covering water that splashed on the right side light. Also, where can I find a complete car book that includes all the num's for this car. Many thanks

As for places to find parts... I here there's one in Tel Aviv at Hamasger 8, called General Brakes.
There's also another in Hertzliya at Maskit 5 - branch of Masika from Hadera.
