broken front grill options

Hi all, last night I collided with a deer on a rural road at about 30-40mph.

The result was a broken grill and it popped the top of a headlight washer.

I'm not wanting to go via the insurance and have my premium hiked up next year so what are my options for diy ?

I thought about getting a grill on ebay and taking our the plastic welds so the old.one will come away from the bumper ... can this be done ???
