Odd creaking over bumps ONLY when in gear

Hi all - I have a 2015 Superb 2 170 Manual. I have started getting a creaking from the front end when going over bumps however it only occurs when I am in gear/applying load whether that's gently accelerating or sometimes braking whilst going over the bump. 

 

Silent when in neutral. 

 

Any ideas?
