Help! CarPlay menu has moved from right to left

Mk3 fabia. For some reason tonight the menu has moved from right side of the screen to left. I hate it! And why has it suddenly changed?!
 

anyone know how to move it back? Apparently it’s a car setting rather than a CarPlay setting but I can’t find it in the menu anywhere!
