Rear wheel bearing torque setting???

Afternoon peeps,,

changing rear wheel bearing on my 2010 2.0ltr VRS,,, and looking around online on how to guides the torque setting seems to be different on everything I read or see 🤣🤣,, is it #16 socket and 180nm + 180 degrees??,,; 148nm only or 200nm only,,
