A very brief intro. I'm Sam from Doncaster in Yorkshire. I'm considering buying an Octavia (possibly TSI or VRS) and have spent many hours reading various discussions here - all very informative thanks!

 

My conclusion is that some engines are better than others, and the 'safest' one in my £4-5k budget is possibly the petrol 2.0TSI BWA (cambelt) engined one. As it happens, I've found one in a whacky 'sprint yellow' :D It has a BriskSkoda sticker on the back - does anyone know anything about it?
