Would anyone know if it’s possible to purchase a new door for the under seat storage box?

 

Replacing the whole box seems a faff, I only need the door and it appears to come off easily enough

Is there a part number on it? Don't see it listed as available separately to the rest of the drawer, but someone may have listed one on ebay?

Otherwise a scrapyard is probably the best bet.
