Turbo rod clip / rattle

Hey I am still annoyed with the rattle at the start up.

I'm trying to figure It out would I be able to get to the rod myself without taking any major parts out?

Am I right to think that it will be enough to take the under covet off and that's it.?

If not not could you point me in the right direction so I can see the turbo for myself? 

I am trying to see if I can do It myself before I go somewhere with it as apparently its only cosmetic fix as everything is fine.
