Mk3 Superb rear air vent removal help

Featured Replies

Good morning to all,

I have attached some photos for illustration and guidance.

The rear air vent assembly in the centre console has a broken and missing vent slider/glider. (on the right)

If any fellow members who are handy and practical with tackling this sort of issue let me know the best way to remove the air vent assembly or do I need to remove trim panels around the rear console.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Simply pull the gloss black trim and the whole lot comes out as one.

Using a trim removal tool, pry  at the top, between the glossy trim and the armrest centre console.

Pull it (the whole gloss black trim) towards u, from the top, away from the console, and it should easily pop out.

Then u have access to easily remove the air vents.

It's easier to put it all back together.
