How to remove front top panel to get to horn

Featured Replies

My horn has gone on my superb and I have found they are located below a panel on top to the grill. I removed the 2 torq screws each side but there appear to be 2 pins at the back in the centre that need to come out to allow the panel to be pulled out. However I can not seem to get them to move more than a few mm upwards. Anyone have any know who to remove this panel?

That top panel is secured by torx screws as well as being clipped in across the top edge of the grill.

See pic below - circles r torx screws. Dashes r clips.

It is very difficult to remove from the top alone.

I would recommend removing the entire front bumper, then u can easily access the two horns.

As @JR RS has mentioned, the upper grill doesn’t come out alone, the whole front bumper needs removing.

regarding the horns, remember that one is a high and one is a low tone.
