I have no need anymore for my UK prime account but I have dozens (100s) of movies and TV series I have bought in the My Stuff section.

Whilst I believe these will still be available to me as a non Prime member, is there a way to download them and store them on a local media storage device be that external SSD or even Blu-ray™?

Provided you keep the Amazon account I believe you’ll still have access. If downloaded I reckon you’d need to view through an Amazon app of some sort.

 

There is probably some form of DRM on the videos but there might be some s/ware out there that can unpick it, but like for some early DRM protected BluRays. I haven’t tinkered with that for years so many of the best programs will have changed by now but I used to use HandBrake.

Yeah you'll keep access through your Amazon account but I doubt it'll be feasible to download these videos for offline use. They'll probably allow you to download through their app as long as you check in every so often online.

You have to remember when you 'buy' a film or music online you are only buying a license to access it. You have no right to have a physical copy offline.

With Music you can download to MP3 but I don't think the same facility exists in video.
