Which turbo actuator do I need?

Hi all, I have a 2017 FL Octavia vRS with the tsi engine.

 

The actuator on the turbo is sticking. Skoda won't sell me one without a complete turbo which I'm keen to avoid for obvious reasons.

 

My local VW specialist will change just the actuator if I supply but he didn't know which one I'd need.

 

So is there any way of finding out which part I need please? Thanks in advance.
