Take a look at the list on the link and you should be able to tell.  You'll need to know your engine code BTW.

A mod might move this to the Fabia mk2 section.

 

2010-2012 1,4 TSI 132 kW Twincharger has a CAVE engine & 2012 late to 2014 a CTHE.   No stop / start.

It might not be your alternator at fault it might be the pulley on the front of it , what are your symptoms ?
