Are front doors the same on estate & saloon?

Dau has wiped the passenger side of my 2017 1.6tdi estate down another vehicle on the M1 (all safe thank god). I'm thinking just replacing the doors might be cheaper than getting them mended & there seems to be plenty on eBay. Clearly, the rear door is specific to the estate but what about the front? Are the saloon & estate the same?

I can swap all the internals inc wing mirror so I'm assuming trim won't matter, just the race blue paint code.
