Octavia vrs 2018 low beam problem

hello everyone can someone help me with my problem..
the headlights stayed too high
I was on the highway and when I put on the high beam, the headlights went up a little, now they don't go down, they stayed like that
I had this function activated
Skoda octavia vrs 2018
When i try to disable its telling me to put ignition (obd11)
I try with vcds to deactivate it work coding accepted....the problem its not lowering the low beam
