I am new to this forum, I recently got Skoda rapid spaceback second hand car. I am looking to upgrade the infotainment system, as of now my car doesn't have navigation option , its a swing model with basic radio and Bluetoothoptions .i was wondering if I can change it to Amundsen what do you have forsee and where I can buy them.

I have just put an Android system in - Bought from ALiexpress for £80 and works well and has android Auto too.  FIts straight in no issues.  went for a 9" screen but can get smaller ones 

Keep in mind that with other radios you will lose access to car information and car settings. I believe those settings aren't saved in the car itself, so removing the radio will revert any changes made with the radio.

eBay is your best bet for a unit if you go down this route. 

I installed a radio from a Volkswagen Scirocco. It is a MIB2 radio, which has Android Auto and integrated nav. They sell them ready-made for around €400-500, although you can also buy it and modify it yourself if you understand some computer science. I bought it in a scrapyard for €150 and modified it myself.
