Does anyone have the part number for the cover that sits on top of the battery mine is missing

Fuse socket Fabia (FAB) 2011 year Skoda EUROPA 915000 (7zap.com) Item 20 possibly.

Gents thanks for the answers However I'm don't think that's it I need the correct one for a 1.4 VRS please

@Sweetcorne @UrbanPanzerhas a Mk2 vRS and should know exactly what the cover is like and has a VIN.

The only difference is you have a CAVE engine car and he has a CTHE. 

This is what I've got on my cave engine  .Can't see a part number .Will try and have a look later to try and get it off

Not at all, but it would be handy confirmation if there is a part number perhaps on the underside. 👍

That and the suffix-A part are interchangeable according to this page: Battery Cover Škoda 6R0915429A (skoda-parts.com)

Late 2012 - 2014 /15 they are  CTHE.
