High fuel consumption fabia 1.2 tsi 2011

Hello guys,

last month i have bought an skoda fabia 1.2 tsi 77 kw dsg 2011 with 200.000 km and the car seems in decent condition.

The car runs fine, accelerates really well but the problem is the fuel consumption! Around town it’s consuming 17 L / 100km and out of town without traffic 9L / 100 km driving normally!

the car has low emissions, the engine works perfectly but cant figure out why this high consumption. I have tested with pc at different shops but there are no fault code. I have checked for fuel leaks and disnt find any…

anyone had the same problem? What should i check?

oil & filters just changed
