Tablet holder fixed to Columbus glass screen.

Featured Replies

There is a non used ribbon on the bottom of the touchscreen. If I fix a tablet holder to it, can it cause any harm to satnav, as the tablet may wobble during the ride?

Planning a longer European trip and would like to have Waze and Google maps working both at the same time.

I wouldn’t stick a mount to the touch screen.

Apart from blocking the view of things,I would be afraid of possible damage as it’s not built for the job - like a windscreen.

(which is where my add-on satnav lives permanently)

Yes, was afraid so.

Just received ordered mount and it doesn`t fit there anyway.

Problem is, the holder is made out of metal and needs even surface to mount it. The dash is too curvy. Windscreen is too apart.

Will figure something out.
