How to increase charging from 3.6 to 7 kw using my Wallbox charger

On my last car an evoque I was able to charge at 7 kw it took 2 hours but on my new octavia it only charges at 3.6 kw. How can I speed up the charging. I have clicked on the max charging button on the app but it has not changed the charging rate which is still 3.6 kw.

Your Evoque had a 7kW AC onboard charger, there are Land Rovers with 11 kW AC onboard,

your Skoda can only charge at 3.6 kW.
