Electrical Trunk Problem Opens But Doesn't Close

Hello, I bought a 2016 model Prestige package superb about 1 month ago. It has a large space in the vehicle, but I have such a problem. If I open the trunk using the button on the vehicle remote control and on the trunk lid, the trunk can be opened easily, but when it is accessible, there is a clicking sound with the button, it moves a little millimetrically, but the lid does not come down10- After trying 15 times, if I'm talented, I move it nicely and it turns off. The same thing happens with the remote control. There's a beeping sound, but it doesn't go down. If I'm lucky, it turns off after a few efforts. I took it to a VW technician on the weekend. A good VAG electrician makes basic adjustments to the device. We try it 10-15 times and the problem is solved. There is no problem. I come home and press the button to try. The same problem occurs again. I am moving again today. We were suspicious of the button in the trunk. It was oxidized. We took it off, cleaned it and put it back on again. The basic setting was done, it went for a spin and it broke, we removed the button, it was adjusted again without a button, it was fixed again, it was given a spin and it broke, I think it won't start at what temperature. It's a bit long, it's an error, but has anyone had any ideas that would help?
