Should my skoda sound like this

Hi im new to the forum and wanted to know.....i recently bought a monte carlo 1.6 tdi fabia and its started to sound a bit loud and rough on lower end revs, about 2000 rpm. I was wondering if it could be the dpf as the light is on or the egr.....the turbo pulls well but just not sure of the problem if any. 

My dad has the yeti 1.6 tdi and it sounds smoother.

Also, the clutch is heavier on mine so maybe it has had single mass conversion?? Dunno if this would make it sound like that.
