VRS 06 AC Compressor pulley caved in on itself

as title says, the pulley has gave way, is this the right one? & whats the best way to replace it? Thanks in advance :)

The pulley is designed to fail if the compressor seizes so this isn't as simple as you suggest!

I appreciate the reply, this is everything I needed to know :), I’ll go buy a new one and replace it instead, thanks very much :)
