Does anyone know how to remove and replace the master window switch in a Kodiaq 2019?

I cannot find any instructions specific to the Kodiaq.

Can I suggest you download this workshop manual available here: https://www.briskoda.net/forums/files/file/117-skoda-kodiaq-electrical-system-workshop-manual/  and maybe refer to page 161.
