Air Con condensing water?

Featured Replies

Was filling up with petrol today when a lad came over to say there was liquid dripping from my car forming quite a large puddle, I'm assuming its from the air conditioning as it seems to be clean water and there is no indication of anything else leaking/no warning lights etc. Its dripping mainly from the centre of the car slightly towards the nearside, is this normal in warm weather with the aircon on?, or is it something to worry about? Car is a March 2006 1.2 64 bhp estate.

thanks for the quick reply Lummox, just wanted to be sure.

Quite normal, scared me a bit when i saw the puddle under mine for the first time!

Some kind soul notified security at work that my Fabia was leaking either oil or petrol and that I should get it seen to asap as it was dangerous! Still, I'm sure security passed on what I told them if it was ever reported again!
