Forum home is split to offer greater visibility to news / announcements, others will follow format as needed.

Lot's more cleaning done. If you're missing stuff which you can't do without, let me know and I'll see if I can revive it.

Am also updating permissions on some of the forums to be more transparent. If you suddenly stopped getting access to something, please don't take it personal, it is just me resetting/setting things.

If it persists over a day, please contact me and I'll see what has caused it.

The "Maintenence and Performance" section doesnt really contain any Performance related sub-forums any more. May be worth re-naming
