Air vent pieces and blades

Hi!

1. The blades of the air vent (dashboard ones) are connected by a small metal piece that helps move the all blades up and down and keeps them in that position. Any idea (guide, video) on how to reconnect the metal piece to the blades. Everytime I try, the metal piece just falls off. See first attached image.

2. There's a white round plastic piece that connects to a black plastic arm which opens and closes the air hatch in the air vent. The white piece broke and now I cannot open/close the hatch. Is there somewhere to buy just that white round plastic piece, or maybe 3D print it? Second and third images are of a working similar piece.
