In the last couple of weeks both rear door handles have stopped working. No idea if the interior handles work as the child lock was on so I can't use them. I'm assuming I need to take the door card off but how? And then if I do manage that how do I fix the problem? Please help!

Hello vikkiric, did you ever get this solved.  I'm in a similar position with one of my rear doors.  The child locks are not engaged but neither the internal or external hande works.  I don't know how to get the door card off especially as the back seat is in the way.  I think this is an automatic MOT fail so can't even live with it.
