Help. Error-Drive System. Visit workshop

Featured Replies

Hi all,

23 plate vRS Diesel on 13k miles

Started car today and got Error- Drive System. Visit workshop.

Also stop/start unavailable.

Down on power (limp mode)

Went to dealer who says it *could* be water in fuel/contaminated fuel but also mentioned something about TPI?

Filled up to brim on way home- errors still present.

Have only ever used the same reputable fuel retailer since I've owned the car and always fill at same petrol station.

Anyone able to advise on this TPI?

Was that a drug dealer taking their own product, or maybe someone on the Service desk that never bothered expanding on the TPI, or was it a technician that could not be bothered.

Ask what the TPI is all about and is your nearly new TDI part of this.

PS

The filling station staff will know if the dozens of customers that buy their diesel have been getting dodgy diesel from them.

As would local Garages or Dealerships.

Highly unlikely that but then 'DEALERS STAFF' make it up as they go along.
