Hi there

Just bought a Fabia 1.0 TSI 116 SE Comfort. After driving a 'W' Rover 75 CDT for 14 years it is a transformation but really pleased. A very nice car.

 

I'm retired and volunteer at the RAF Oulton Museum at Blickling Hall, Nr Norwich, Norfolk.

We're just back from a week up in Norfolk, but we were over the other (West) side, near Lakenheath, Mildenhall and Marham.  We really like the area.  Have friends just outside Norwich who we usually visit when up that way, but not this time.

 

Bit of a change from a Rover.  I really liked the 75's - my boss had one years ago and it was a really nice place to be 👍

Nice to hear from you. I miss the Rover but failed on severe corrosion underneath. It had the BMW diesel turbo with only 140 K on the clock. Very comfortable but it was time to move on.

 

We have lived in Norfolk for 42 years. I was in the RAF and we got posted back from Germany in 1982  to RAF  Coltishall. I was an Avionics technician working on Jaguar aircraft. I came out in 1994 and then worked on aircraft in the Sultanate of Oman.

I see you from Eastbourne. My parents  lived in Heathfield from 1972 to 1984. Haven't been down there since then. Must have changed a lot.
