Mk3.5 power tailgate, need to replace inner boot panel/trim, can't find version with close button cutout anywhere

Picked up at 2019 Estate with power tailgate, the interior panel on the boot has heavy scratch marks from a dog I'm assuming of previous owner. Looking to replace it as I've seen the panels aren't too expensive but can only seem to find this version 5e9 867 975 with the handle everywhere. Anyone got the part number for the trim without the handle but with the hole for the closing button on the power tailgate?
