Hi my driver side rear seatbelt buckle no longer works.think the darling kids have shoved something into it and broke the mechanism.

Can this be replaced as its connected through the seat or will I have to folk out for a new back rest.

You’ll need to remove the seat, unbolt the lock, then when it’s removed shake it about until whatever is in there comes out then refit.

 

When you put the lock remember to torque it correctly.

 

There was someone on here recently who found an old bit of glass which fell in and stopped it locking, so it’s fixable for you too hopefully
