Hi All,

 

I am trying to install a tune in my car, which requires a cable to be run from the tuning box to my OBD port.

 

The only issue I am facing is I cannot find where the grommet on the firewall is.

 

Has anyone installed any cables through it, and can you point me in the right direction?

 

 

If anyone was wondering, I gave up but I did find a solution.

I have a DSG car so there is a hole cut with a rubber grommet covering it where the clutch pedal is meant to be.  The insulation just needs to be moved to see it, and in the engine bay, it's behind the heat shield.
