PG06 JWZ any info?

Featured Replies

Hi,

Looking at purchasing the above, blue, Octy VRS as a 'runabout' now my Mrs Beetle convertible is being elevated to 'summer weekend' car and certainly will be hibernating in winter to extend its life (it's her pride and joy for some reason).

Anyway we've had new mk1 and mk2 VRS in the past and it ticks all the boxes really as a fairly cheap option to keep our main family bus (23 plate XC90 T8) company.

I ask as PG06 JWZ is up at a fairly local garage and seems to have a decent history with it, also it appears the owner was in the VRS owners club so figure a good chance they were on here to.

Any info appreciated.

Looks nice enough

Has FSH , MOT check is clear, price is about right for a trader, it's at a convenient location for you, vehiclescore is not bad

What's there not too like? Personally I would just be arranging a test drive and if you like do the usual due diligence and carry out a HPI & Damage check for a few squid then hand over the dosh and enjoy

Yep agree, had a chat dealer, has all the right stamps, looks honest enough car, dealer has good reviews.

Just in a discussion with the wife over PCP ING a newer one.....to me as a 3rd car and runabout this bought cash makes much more sense. AA personal.cover is already in place and I could buy and replace 2 of these for the costs on a newer one.

Hopefully will go and view later this week.
