Headlight unit swap

Does anyone know if it's possible to swap out the headlight units from a 2022 (facelifted) SportLine Karoq to a SeL ? When I got my SeL the deal was really good and not having the Matrix headlights wasn't a biggie, but due to doing more EU driving now, that option would be hugely beneficial. I haven't considered any costs for the units etc, but thought I would ask the question first
