Noisy skoda octavia startup then dies

Hi new here can anyone please shed some light on this filled car with oil bit too much as sensor went. Long story short turbo actuator got carbonised turbo gone changed turbo egr aswell cleaned intake throttle valve. Now starts makes noise smokes I'm guess clamp is not doing its job. Question is will is cause it to stall make noise on startup. Starts up makes that noise and dies. Any help would be appreciated thank you
