We have had Skodas since 2006 but not so happy with our latest because of the infotainment system.

Yes, it's caused a few people a bit of bother.

Is it misbehaving, or are you get irritated at the removal of some of the manual controls that have been replaced with touchscreen controls?

Or even both! 😄

Have never liked it much as the search is often bizarre.  Putting in a search for a nearby town often results in getting a bar with the same name in a distant location. It is misbehaving in that the whole list of favourites has disappeared. New favourites cannot be saved and even the last destination is not saved in the history.
