Hi all. Been the proud owner of a Skoda Karoq 1.5 DSG since 2019.

It has been the perfect car for camping/ roadtrips for a family of 4 + dog.

Until today, I would have been able to say the car has been entirely trouble free since purchase (bought new) but today have encountered an issue with the Digital Instrument Panel and hoping to get some advice on that through other owners in the forum.

Good morning everyone, I need your help resolving an issue I can't seem to resolve, even with the help of Skoda customer service. I purchased a Superb Style, registered in Italy in 11/2024 (steering wheel with Skoda logo, not lettering), with the Lounge Design setup (the seats are electric except for the forward movement which is manual and does not have position memories). I've had a 2005 Octavia Estate and have just had to dispose of it after 241,000 miles. I've replaced it with a Octavia 1.5 2023 Estate with 128,000 miles on the clock. The Car warehouse place I bought it from only provides one working key, but there was another in the pack that doesn't work with the car. As the actual physical key in this second key doesn't actually match the on what works and that the Skoda logo is missing from the second key I have strong suspicions that this key has never wo

i have recently bought a 2021 Octavia SE Technology and not sure if they are fitted ? i have checked the mirror part numbers , Control Module and switch pack all should enable them to function but they don't and still don't show in the settings either ?

Anyone else aware of a droning sound? On journey home from the dealership I was soon aware of a muted but constant droning. This was in marked contrast to the 'drone-free' 1.1 DSG Kamiq which I'd had for the previous three years. I've had the Karoq now for a few months and, with the exception of the droning, I'm pleased. At this point I have a confession: Karoq test drive was exclusively in-town streets. Previous car was 1.1 Kamiq SE DSG. The three years with it had been a superb experienc
