I’ve just cleaned my drivers seat with a wet vac after a bird decided to add to the textures.
 

It’s drying well and looks okay, however I had a fair amount of Alcantara fibres in the dirty wet vac water. 
 

It was done with cold water, no harsh stuff, and while I was vigorous I wasn’t OTT.

 

The colour seems alright, and the texture seems normal (at least in it’s semi-dry state).

 

Any ideas?

Definitely alcantara fibres? i.e. maybe there were other fibres on the fabric that were obvious.

Guess the acid-test is that the fabric doesn't look bald at least. Def right to be gentle with it; more the action as well as chemicals. Stuff can be used but not strong and rinsed quickly. Alcantara is an artificial fabric so will be hardier than suede thankfully.
